TWO GREAT COMPETITIONS
LIVE COMPETITION:
All Live competition entrants must have purchased tickets for the 2022 festival in Exeter UK – We are extending the ‘early-bird’ ticket price until the closing date of the competition (see competition rules & registration) to give every competition entrant the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets – so please don’t delay and get your tickets now before they sell out as once they’re gone…they’re gone!. Shortlisted guitarists must be present on Saturday 10th September for the finals which will be judged by a Fretmonkey representative and two live performance programme guitarists
ONLINE COMPETITION
The Online competition requires the payment of £40 GBP (approx $50USD) to cover the cost of reviewing submitted video links, judging, administration and sending winners prizes. The online competition will be judged by a panel of credible judges from Fretmonkey, Candyrat Records and Daylight Music Productions (UK). The winners will be announced on Friday September 9th during the festival launch lunchtime concerts program (Kimwei McCarthy & Kevin Harding) with online competition winners videos screened to the lunchtime live audience between 14.45pm – 15.00pm GMT (approx). Live streaming box-office tickets will be available to purchase for all performances and all masterclasses. Online ticket prices & details to be announced soon
